This hat was a joint, creative collaboration with my 16 yr old son, where he picked the colors and the stitch, and I decided upon what garment it should be and how to make it. We had so much fun, and we hope you will enjoy this whimsical project as well.
Pattern is suitable for adventurous beginner, not afraid to tackle a new stitch (stitch is thoroughy explained in pattern, so no worries - you can do it!).
Sizes: One size.
Measurements: Ø13,6x12”/Ø34x30cm.
Yarn: DK weight Blue Faced Leicester or DK weight yarn of your choice, 50g of each color.
Gauge: 24 stitches x 24 rows = 4x4”.
Yardage: 100g/233m.
Needle size: 4.0mm (circular or dpn’s). Project is knit in the round.
