Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you have received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that we do not take returns or issue refunds for digital downloads.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of submitting your package to the freight forwarder. But in many cases, you will get a refund faster. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the forwarder (usually 5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return when we have received it (3 to 5 working days) and the time it takes your bank to process our request on refund (5 to 10 working days).
If you need to return an item please contact us with your order number and information about the product you want to return. We respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions for some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please note that the shipping prices for all non-digital items are weight based. Digital downloads are not subject to shipping.
